What makes you happy? Being out with the boys on a good track, local mx race always has a good atmosphere, rolling big rocks, logs and tractor tires down mountains, I love having a laugh and getting silly and chilling with my girlfriend.

Favorite Track: Has to be the big barrow run or Honister to Buttermere don’t know how long the take but there worth the push fast and rocky… keeps you sharp!

Describe your trainer: Mental in everything! He knows how to try and crush me.

Favorite Quote: A champ is someone who gets up when they can’t

If they someone made a film about you who would you like to play the roll of Adam Brayton? This is a hard one, I think in a ideal world it would be a combination of a few people, Tom Cruise for his head, Arnold for his arms, Stallone for his body and for his legs well… there’s only one man for the job its got to be Dan “cheese string” Sowerby what a good looking beast! Although it would be easier to use Martin Cork

If your bike could talk what would it say? He’s hooking. He’s hooking. He’s hooking! Damn Showtime! Come On.

Where will we see you next year? I’m going to focus on all the British series, NPS, SDA and National Champs I’m so focused on getting a title next season and also I will compete in the full World Cup Series.

What are your plans for next season? I have a few plans at the moment, I just need to work on tying them all together. I’m really excited about the products I will use next season, they have given me so much motivation!

Injuries, how many and what’s your worst? I think I’ve been quite lucky so far just at the moment things aren’t too good! Broken Collar bone, Broken Leg, Broken Wrist, Internal Bleeding and Ligament damage in my knee.

Tell us more about your recent knee surgery: Well I completely tore my ACL ligament back in July 2007 from that day onwards I never rode a bike the same way. I had surgery last Friday which was a complete success and I’m now on the long road to recovery. That’s why I’m so motivated for next season I’m going to be back to full fitness and I can prove once again what I’m capable of! If people think I’m fast now they better look out!

What have you learned so far in your career? Everything happens for a reason!

Describe your riding style: Its fast, aggressive, it works for me and its one of a kind no one has a style like it.

Describe your set up: Hard

Are you the hardest racer on the circuit? Without a doubt

Who are Cumbria’s finest? I don’t know there isn’t many that make the cut! Off the top of my head its got to be Myself, Jamie Law and Trials Jonny Walker

What or who inspires you? Theres quite a few things, firstly my family and friends, any top athlete, especially mx riders and boxers anyone who is at the top of there game in them sports i really look up to! Cant forget King Ken Stewart and Billy Bland

And finally is it true you used to be in a Take That tribute band called Take This? No comment
